**Job Purpose:**

Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the coal industry and will be responsible for procuring sales orders for coal used as raw material in B2B designated regions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify, select, and coordinate with potential clients through skill and network.
  • Generated leads and inquiries and identified opportunities relevant to coal sales.
  • Work closely with customer service, quality control, operations, safety, and credit.
  • Conduct presentations at client premises.
  • Support the backend team in fulfilling documentation requirements about sales orders.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in B2B industrial sales is preferable.
  • Understanding of the coal industry and knowledge of the boiler industry and its energy needs.
  • Familiarity with regional languages and Hindi language.
