Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Coal Industry Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for procuring sales orders for coal used as raw material in B2B designated regions. Your primary role will be to target companies using boilers and other heating systems that rely on coal or alternative energy sources.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

* Identify, select, and coordinate with potential clients through your skill and network.

* Generate leads and inquiries and identified opportunities relevant to coal sales.

* Work closely with customer service, quality control, operations, safety, and credit.

* Do field, plant, and head office visits for the allotted client list, and execute selling parameters that conform to RSMs SOPs.

Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* Experience: Experience of 3 to 5 years in B2B industrial sales is preferable.

* Knowledge: Understanding of the coal industry, knowledge of the boiler industry and its energy needs, familiarity with regional languages and Hindi language.
