About our business development role
We are seeking a senior professional to lead our business development efforts, focusing on speciality flame retardant chemicals and ingredients used in masterbatch manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales or business development of flame retardant chemicals, with a strong technical understanding of the market and customer engagement skills.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing BD strategy, identifying potential customers across various industries, building relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors, and collaborating with internal technical teams to product positioning.
Additionally, the successful candidate will drive sales growth, pricing strategy, and product positioning, while monitoring industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
A smooth coordination from sampling to order finalization and after-sales support is also essential for this role.
Requirements:
