As a Tax Strategic Lead, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by leveraging tax planning, minimizing risks, and identifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead tax and regulatory compliance efforts, adapting our operating model to the ever-changing tax and regulatory landscape and contributing to strategic decision making.
  • Influence stakeholders by advising on optimal tax strategies to protect profitability in domestic and cross-border markets.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of tax governance and alignment on adopted tax positions across engagement teams, internal functions, and finance departments.
  • Maintain relationships with external tax consultants and internal functions to ensure seamless compliance with tax and regulatory positions and policies, minimizing litigation risks.
Financial Metrics:
  • Oversee the tax governing framework for asset realization to avoid working capital lock-in and review operations to prevent tax leakage.
  • Ensure timely execution of tax and regulatory compliance with accuracy and quality.
  • Responsible for adequacy of tax provision, ownership of tax accounts, and ensuring adherence to established tax positions.
  • Manage effective tax assessments and litigation through thorough research and documentation within defined timelines.
Tax Efficiency Evolution Initiative:
  • Drive the implementation of technological advancements in the function, leveraging best-in-class automation practices to enhance efficiency in finance processes impacting tax and regulatory compliances.
