This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team of professionals as a Senior Manager.

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage tax advisory engagements.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and conceptual clarity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all tax advisory engagements.
  • Deliver tax opinions, short notes, and email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • Ensure tax compliances, such as filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, provisioning for income tax, and other tax filings.
  • Manage tax assessment and litigation proceedings before tax authorities.
  • Train managers and other executives for their professional development and create a stronger bench.
  • Deliver clients with tax technology assets through licensing and internal managed services.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end tax operate engagements.
  • Manage internal client codes from time logging, invoicing, and collections perspectives.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones.
  • Participate in firm eminence programs, events, written or speaking contributions at conferences, and thought leadership papers.
Desired Qualifications
  • CA - 8-10 years' experience in Direct Taxation.
  • Preferred from Big 4.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Analytical skills and conceptual clarity.
  • Innovative thinking and an eye for market trends.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Time and cost management skills.
  • Managing and leading a team.
