Job Overview: RSG Stones is a leading Natural Stone Processing Company from India, specializing in quartzite mining and luxury stone exporting. With a portfolio of over 100 luxurious stones, we deliver high-quality products to over 30 countries, focusing on the US, European, and South American markets.

Key Responsibilities: As a full-time Sales Manager for Tayburru Furniture division at RSG Stones located in Jaipur, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires on-site presence and engagement with clients.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have lead generation and customer research skills, sales strategy development and implementation skills, customer relationship management skills, and experience in business development and sales for at least 2 years. Additionally, strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. Experience in the furniture sales industry is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required. Working experience in the South and West India markets is also preferred.
