Risk Management Specialist

As a seasoned technology professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts. You will be responsible for monitoring key control indicators to track the efficacy of our controls and providing expert advice on policy implementation and assessment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor key control indicators (KCIs) to track the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts and report to management.
- Provide guidance and assessment of application of policies, control standards, and procedures.
- Advocate for desired behavioural changes across the organization required to mature the understanding and management of technology risk controls.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-level risk assessments, drive improvements to our Technology control environment, and integrate risk considerations into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience of technology risk management, with a knowledge of control frameworks.
- Understanding of Technology Risk and Control principles.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technology landscapes.
