You'll play a vital role in crafting seamless customer experiences through efficient application packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Single-point contact for client application packaging needs
  • Migrate applications from Windows 7/8 to 10, focusing on packaging and testing
  • Proficient in Admin Studio/Install shield for streamlined packaging processes
  • Rich experience in scripting languages (VB/WMI, Batch, PowerShell) and deployment tools (PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit)
  • Versed in application testing and remediation techniques for Windows 7/8 compatibility
  • Familiarity with ACT 5.6 and other relevant tools
  • Expertise in creating/repackaging applications using Wise or Admin Studio
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows Installer Technologies (MSI Packaging, Tables, Custom Actions, Standard Actions)
  • Experience in Application Virtualization Technologies (App-V 4.6, 5.0)
  • Troubleshooting skills using FileMon/RegMon, PictureTaker, and other tools
About the Role:

This position involves working closely with clients to understand their application packaging requirements. You will be responsible for migrating applications from older operating systems to Windows 10, ensuring they are packaged efficiently and tested thoroughly. Your expertise in script programming and deployment tools will help streamline the process. Additionally, you will have opportunities to work with various tools such as ACT 5.6 and Application Virtualization Technologies.
