Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned MongoDB expert to lead our database infrastructure management. As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of MongoDB databases across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient MongoDB architectures on Atlas and other cloud-based platforms.
  • Develop detailed documentation for database design, setup, and optimization.
  • Establish robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Optimize MongoDB performance and availability through strategic administration.
  • Create and execute sharding and indexing strategies for maximum efficiency.
  • Configure and monitor replica sets to ensure high data integrity.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 8-12 years of experience in MongoDB administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of MongoDB database management systems.
  • Familiarity with Atlas and other cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
