Job Title: Business Development Manager (US Geography Staffing Sales)

Job Description:

  • A seasoned Business Development Manager is required to acquire clientele from US geography.
  • These clients will entrust the firm with their recruitment-related requirements, seeking outsourcing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a network of clients and knowledge of new business development processes for acquiring staffing services clients.
  2. Utilize lead generation techniques and processes to reach out to key decision-makers via various social media platforms.
  3. Research and analyze market trends to identify potential customers and develop sales plans to maximize revenue.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Maintain a database of potential clients and their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 5+ years of experience in international client acquisition (recruitment/staffing-related requirements) in the US geography is required.
  • Ability to work according to EST.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Ebullient, self-motivated, and passionate team player.
