Government Relations Specialist

This role involves managing government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities with key stakeholders such as government departments, municipal authorities, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies.
The successful applicant will act as the primary liaison between our organization and various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies. They will facilitate the timely acquisition of all necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs.
- Act as the main point of contact for statutory processes and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
- Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and interpret changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
Key qualifications include:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Law, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in liaison, government relations, or legal coordination roles.
- Proven track record of working closely with BMC, Town Planning, Urban Development Authorities, Pollution Boards, and other government bodies.
