Accounting Expertise: A Key Role in Revenue Recognition and GovernanceAbout this Position:This is a critical role within the Finance organization, entailing components of accounting, governance, and customer interactions. The resource will work closely with stakeholders from multiple groups within the organization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate revenue recognition by establishing a governance process that adheres to contractual terms and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely collections from customers by coordinating payment schedules and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Manage documentation and reporting processes to provide insights to internal management and investors.
  • Establish a month-end close process, including record accounting entries and transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or Asset Management
  • Working knowledge of local Indian financial reporting and tax compliance requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
