Senior Business Operations Manager

The Operations Team Leader, AVP role is a critical position within Cash Operations, primarily responsible for providing support to Payment, Investigations, Fund Transfer processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in directing daily operations, managing staff, and performing administrative functions.
About this Role:- Manage teams performing various payment processes while assisting in other activities as assigned
- Measure and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Keep errors and operational risks under control
- Manage crisis situations without operational loss
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff on a daily basis, distribute work, review workflow, assign responsibilities, and ensure motivation levels
- Update operational guidelines, ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and identify risk mitigants
- Conduct regular operational performance reviews and participate in monthly self-assessments
- Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of business experience in operations management with knowledge of banking products like Cash, Cash Management Services/System
- Strong communications skills and working knowledge of SWIFT Features, Product & Services
- Good understanding of Regulatory & Compliance & Risk & Control
