Job Title: Senior Business Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for identifying strategic issues affecting long-term growth and optimized returns, conceptualizing and executing analyses leading to practicable recommendations for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic decision-making process by providing recommendations, analysis, facilitation support, and process and program development in one of the following areas: Corporate strategy, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, Strategic alliances, Mergers and Acquisitions, Location expansion or Customer Management.
• Provide effective operational leadership to the team, enabling strategic foresight into the business and providing operational details and accurate information to colleagues and senior management while working with Functional heads and Senior Management professionals.
• Ensure Organization wide Operational Excellence to achieve set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.
• Deliver strategic presentations to key stakeholders including the COO, CEO, and assist the team with the annual financial budget and monthly forecast processes.
• Manage profitability, involving work with the delivery, Sales & Domain teams to drive growth and profitability.
• Prepare and drive Strategic and Operational Plans and Budgets.
• Finalize monthly/quarterly and yearly reporting and forecasting.
• Create a planning model that supports the organization's mission and values based on an internal and external needs assessment.
• Monitor the external environment and identify opportunities to fulfill the organizational strategy.
• Sets priorities for planning activities across all divisions and functions.
• Serves as strategic liaison for key organizational initiatives between various organizations, sites, and customers.
• Assesses current models of business operations and develops appropriate new models as needed.
• Participates in policy development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience in analyzing P&L statements and performing cost analyses.
2. Strong business acumen, with an aptitude for both strategic, broad thinking and critical and analytical thinking.
3. Able to facilitate Executive level discussions and navigate difficult situations by developing solid working relationships and using influence.
4. Experience with maintaining and developing operational statistics, financial management information, and results reporting.
5. Requires comprehensive understanding of business planning with responsibility to develop and implement improvements to the process and decisions.
6. Demonstrates expert functional, technical, and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
7. Demonstrates mastery of expertise in multiple areas and industry.
8. Demonstrates mastery of operations and business planning knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses.
