They will collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions enhancing the effectiveness of total reward.

Additionally, they will ensure seamless Reward CoE activities and processes deliver customer-centric solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop data-led solutions to drive improved business performance.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Unit (CU) HR teams to enhance total reward effectiveness.
  • Implement and embed total reward programmes across the business.
  • Bring external perspectives and best practices to increase the impact of total reward on organizational performance.

As a senior specialist, you'll operate at a developed level of conceptual thinking, guiding the business through change and risk management.

By implementing effective total reward strategies, you'll contribute to outstanding business performance and differentiate individual total rewards.
