Investment Banking Professional

We are seeking a skilled Investment Banking professional to join our team.

This role involves working with clients to understand their financial goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

  • End-to-end transaction management, including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation.
  • Deal execution across M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM.
  • Building and managing investor relationships with VCs, PEs, family offices, corporates, and angel networks.
  • Pitch deck preparation, CIMs, business plans, teasers, and financial models for fundraising.
  • Deep sector research (technology, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, BFSI, etc.) to identify opportunities.
  • Impactive presentations at investor forums, conferences, and client discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and deal structuring expertise.
  • Corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for financial models and investor decks.
  • Market research, business due diligence, and sector analysis abilities.
  • Proven client relationship management and business development capabilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory roles. A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, commerce, or business administration is required. Chartered Accountant / CFA (USA) / FRM certification is a strong advantage.
