Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer credit card requests
  • Submit refund requests on SharePoint
  • Monitor and maintain productivity and quality benchmarks
  • Communicate effectively with business unit personnel to resolve issues promptly
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in international customer service, preferably in cash collections
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent telephonic skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Strong process knowledge with a focus on improving productivity and processes
