Job Title: Medical Affairs Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Specialist to join our team at Olympus Medical Systems India Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing training initiatives for external stakeholders, providing support in documentation, logistics, and technical know-how.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate external training initiatives for key stakeholders, including doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals, in collaboration with the sales team, business operations, and core marketing.
  • Provide insights on the effectiveness of different training initiatives and professional education activities.
  • Offer deep technical knowledge of the Olympus product portfolio and advise sales teams and healthcare professionals on safe and effective product utilization.
  • Prepare and execute training programs, including collaboration with internal business verticals and liaison with vendors.
  • Facilitate hands-on training on simulators, when required, at different training centers across India.
  • Ensure regular updating and proper maintenance of the training database and knowledge repository.
  • Prepare and report monthly/quarterly MIS for trainings held for each business, as per the defined format.

Requirements:

  • Science graduate with a bio-medical background or nursing/technician graduate.
  • A proven track record of driving training for HCP in the medical technology industry.
  • Experience of 2-3 years.
  • Strong analytical and creative mind, good Excel skills, customer-centric approach, and willingness for continuous learning.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Team player with close collaboration with different business verticals.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and information-seeking skills.
