We're seeking a talented Medical Affairs Professional to join our team at Lilly.

About the Role

The Medical Affairs Professional plays a key role in our Medical Affairs organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and tactical thinking.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and contribute to affiliate and therapeutic area medical plans and strategies.
  • Lead data analysis and develop slides and publications.
  • Partner with other Medical Affairs roles to achieve seamless medical teams.
  • Contribute to insight generation in respective disease areas.
  • Support data generation plans and medical information letter creation.
  • Serve as medical/scientific leaders, including research and regulatory deliverables.
  • Critically read and evaluate relevant medical literature.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and ability to influence.
  • Ability to handle high workload capacity and complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High learning agility to comprehend complex scientific data.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of industry experience in a medical/scientific role.
  • Knowledge and experience of customer interface and business acumen.
  • Proven experience working as an individual and team contributor.
