- Education: Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, business, economics, public health, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field.
- Track Record: Proven track record of successfully advocating for an organization's interests in government settings.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting the industry.
- Networking: Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in the government and advocacy community.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and other relevant events.
- Collaboration: Strong influencing and collaboration skills, ability to build strong networks with both internal partners and identified external stakeholders.
- Academic Qualification: Academic qualification from a premier institute.
Experience Required: 5-8 years' total experience in Govt Affairs role in Healthcare arena.
