Visionary Leadership in Government Affairs
Baxter is embarking on a transformative journey to separate its ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company, Vantive. This bold move will leverage our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to deliver exceptional care to those we serve. By doing so, Vantive will not only solidify our leadership in the kidney care space but also provide meaningful work opportunities for those who join us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Tender participation strategies to ensure 100% technical accuracy.
- Streamline tender processes to ensure no tender is missed, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission and recovery of EMD, performance Bank Guarantees, and AR.
- Represent Baxter at industry forums to advance the organization's business interests, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and track healthcare policy, legislation, regulations, and reimbursement trends.
- Provide timely updates on key policy and political developments in external environments and advise on how to address them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in healthcare-related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal English communications skills.
- Experience working in a healthcare organization or within a matrixed structure.
- A team player with the ability to interact and collaborate well with people from all business teams and oversee projects from start to finish.
