Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement medical plans and strategies to support product launches and lifecycle management.
- Provide scientific and medical expertise to support cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regulatory.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute medical education initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
- Lead and support data analysis and the development of scientific content, including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
- Partner with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and scientific experts, to stay up-to-date on the latest medical and scientific developments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and thought leaders in the therapeutic area.
- Provide medical expertise to support regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree in a medically related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a medical or scientific role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner across multiple functions.
- Ability to handle high workload capacity and prioritize complex deliverables.
- Excellent command of English language and strong interpersonal skills.
