Job DescriptionWe offer a competitive salary of ₹25,00,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to effectively monitor and present project updates to clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project & Team Management: Develop and implement project plans, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely completion.
- Project Estimation and Execution: Conduct thorough analyses, create detailed project plans, and execute projects within the allocated resources.
- QA Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to quality standards, maintain accurate documentation, and conduct regular audits.
- Analyzing Field Failure: Investigate and provide solutions to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal results.
- Vendor Development and Procurement: Establish relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and procure necessary materials and equipment.
- Proposal Creation: Craft compelling proposals for Indian customers, highlighting our company's expertise and benefits.
- R&D Project Management: Design, plan, implement, and evaluate research and development projects, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
We seek candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in electronics hardware development, particularly in motor controller design for BLDC and PMSM. Strong knowledge of requirement analysis, concept design, and technical proposal creation is essential.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in DFMEA and 8D methodologies.
- Creation of production support documents and bookshelf design.
- Interfacing hardware and software documents.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
