This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves designing and developing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) hardware for our vehicles. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet our customers' needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with experience in designing and developing HMI hardware for automotive applications. You will be expected to work closely with our software engineering team to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop HMI hardware components, including displays, user interfaces, and control systems
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet our customers' needs
  • Work closely with software engineering team to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and installation guides
  • Collaborate with other departments, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure smooth product launches
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in HMI hardware and automotive electronics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and developing HMI hardware for automotive applications
  • Strong understanding of electronics engineering principles, including circuit design, microcontrollers, and embedded systems
  • Experience working with software development teams to integrate hardware and software components
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
