  • The successful candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues reported in the battery pack with precision and speed.
  • Maintaining battery health is a top priority, requiring regular monitoring and collaboration with the CFT team to address any concerns that may arise.
  • Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for battery maintenance activities is an essential responsibility, involving training and implementation to ensure adherence at all levels.
  • All records of battery-related activities must be meticulously maintained and updated in a timely fashion.
  • Root cause analysis (RCA) of battery components is a critical function, aimed at identifying and resolving any potential issues before they escalate.
  • Maximizing battery performance requires proactive identification and implementation of effective strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • With a strong focus on quality and reliability, the chosen candidate will work tirelessly to guarantee exceptional results, embodying a positive work attitude and unwavering commitment to excellence.
