Brand Experience Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Brand Experience Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the experiential marketing domain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers, developing tailored brand experience solutions to meet client objectives.

You will work closely with internal creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns, achieving revenue targets through effective account management and upselling opportunities.

To excel in this role, you must be able to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the BTL space, preparing and presenting business proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.

As a strategic advisor to clients, you will provide insights that add value to their brand campaigns. This role requires a strong background in business development, sales, or client servicing within advertising, events, or BTL industry.

Required skills include excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, with a strategic thinking approach and creative problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate/postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3–7 years of experience in business development or client servicing (preferably in BTL/advertising/event management).
