Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our team of recruiters and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Manage a large team of recruiters, ensuring effective leadership and team management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams through excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Plan and manage manpower requirements, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of accomplishment in managing a large team of managers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of Excel for MIS reporting and familiarity with ATS software.
  • Adequate knowledge of job portals and sourcing applications.
  • Willingness to travel to branches for recruitment drives, train recruiters, meet clients, and attend job fairs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM) in HR or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment and talent management, preferably in a staffing/recruitment agency setting.
