
Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing senior hiring efforts, providing exceptional support and care to candidates throughout the recruitment process. This includes managing candidates through the hiring process, coordinating interview availability, preparing briefing documents, and arranging follow-up meetings.
Additionally, the successful candidate will manage and maintain a database of top target candidates, ensuring they receive regular updates, and collaborate with marketing teams to update recruiting presentations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing candidate documentation post-offer
- Coordinating tests and assessments
- Preparing reports and analyzing key trend data
Required skills and qualifications:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to talent acquisition and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions.
