Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML who specializes in pharma commercial analytics.

This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in India, working in close collaboration with onsite stakeholders to transition Advanced Analytics projects from the US to India.

The ideal candidate will execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.

They will act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.

The successful candidate will communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
  • Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
  • Brand performance analytics and reporting.
  • Marketing analytics (preferred).
  • Therapeutic Expertise: Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required).
