- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
- Manage large datasets from internal and external sources including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
- Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.
- Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.
- Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in BI tools Tableau PowerBI and advanced Excel skills
- Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics including knowledge of pharma market data sources.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
