The primary focus of this role is on the day-to-day coordination and smooth operation of projects related to digital marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with development teams and client contacts to oversee project delivery through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Performing quality assurance testing to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and are error-free
  • Scheduling projects through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and guiding clients on project protocols
  • Processing and uploading project data, pulling metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and sharing reports with clients
  • Assisting with additional projects and identifying potential roadblocks or delays with projects and clients

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a senior project management role or similar skill set
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, specifically at an agency
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and excellent written and verbal communication skills
