Job Title: Project Lead - Smart City ERP

  • A highly skilled project lead is required to oversee the successful execution of Smart City ERP initiatives, focusing on Property Tax and Water modules.

The ideal candidate will drive the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed specifications (SRS, BRD, FRD) through thorough analysis of project requirements.
  • Communicate workflows and technical details effectively to the development team.
  • Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against established timelines.
  • Manage changes, client feedback, and integration with third-party systems efficiently.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and ensure go-live readiness.
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to guarantee seamless system adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management standards and improve processes continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7–10 years of experience, including 2–4 years in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
