BIM Coordinator MEP Job Description

As a key player in the digital delivery and integration of projects, the BIM Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless project execution. This involves utilizing technical expertise and exceptional skills to analyze and implement BIM protocols, Execution Plans, and other documentation.

The successful candidate will have excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively. Strong self-motivation and willingness to take responsibilities are also essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience with Navis for Coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to document best practices and workflows. Strong interpersonal skills are also required, with the ability to liaise with BIM Specialists, Modelers, Leads, and Managers.
