Project Manager for IT Services

We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of fixed bid projects in the IT services sector. A strong candidate will have evolved from developer to lead, possessing technical and client management expertise, and proficiency in delivering projects using SDLC and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Work across front-end and back-end technologies with a solid understanding of database design.
  • Utilize Jira or Azure DevOps for planning and tracking.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders manage expectations and resolve issues.
  • Implement and monitor quality processes while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Analyze risks troubleshoot problems and provide technical guidance to teams.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a PM with in-depth knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in client management quality processes and documentation.
  • Strong logical reasoning analytical skills and communication abilities.
  • Experience handling projects in fixed bid budgets.
  • Familiarity with working in an office environment.
