We are seeking a motivated BIM professional to join our team as a key member responsible for modeling, collaborating with senior engineers and architects, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and assist in BIM modeling using software such as Autodesk Revit, focusing on building accurate 3D models.
  • Support the team in Scan-to-BIM projects, converting point cloud data into precise 3D models that meet client standards.
  • Collaborate with senior BIM engineers and architects to prepare architectural and structural models at various Levels of Detail (LOD), ensuring quality outputs within deadlines.
  • Maintain project documentation, including model management and data integration.
  • Work closely with project teams to deliver high-quality results, applying strong communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
  • Fifth-year student or graduate in Architecture / Civil Engineering, with a solid understanding of design principles and building practices.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD or BIM tools (Revit preferred), with a willingness to adapt and learn new software and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applied to resolve technical issues and optimize BIM processes.
  • Able to maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workloads effectively.
