Job Title: Executive Producer - BFSI Vertical

Description:

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated vertical within our production department, overseeing end-to-end production processes and client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Production, this role will entail managing a team of project managers and ensuring seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, from initial client briefs to final delivery of assets.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Process Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
