Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple international offices, adhering to local GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.">
  • Assist with Month-End and Year-End Closing Processes: Support the preparation of financial statements, reconcile accounts, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.">
  • Cash Management & Treasury: Oversee global cash flow, manage foreign exchange exposures, and implement hedging strategies to minimize risks.">
  • Multicurrency Book Management: Maintain accurate accounting records for transactions involving multiple currencies, ensuring compliance with currency conversion policies and FX rate applications.">
  • Process Improvement & Systems Management: Identify areas for improvement in financial processes, implement changes to drive efficiency and consistency, and ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.">
  • Leadership & Team Support: Collaborate with global finance teams to develop and implement best practices, provide guidance to junior team members, and act as a liaison between regional teams and senior leadership.">
  • Strategic Financial Support: Analyze financial data to support business decisions, prepare financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions, and contribute to strategic financial planning efforts.">

Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience in a multinational environment.">
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international taxation.">

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.">
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.">
