
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The primary role of a Human Resources Manager is to oversee and execute all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll support, statutory compliance, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruitment: Manages the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding them into the organization. Collaborates with department heads to identify manpower requirements and ensures timely hiring to meet business needs.
- Employee Onboarding: Prepares offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation. Conducts employee induction orientation programs and facilitates smooth integration of new hires into the organizational culture.
- Employee Relations: Acts as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries. Fosters a positive and professional work environment and organizes employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Training and Development: Assists in identifying training needs in coordination with HODs. Supports the implementation of training schedules and programs and maintains training records and monitors effectiveness.
- Payroll and Compliance: Provides necessary employee data to support payroll preparation. Ensures compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and maintains up-to-date employee records and HR MIS.
- Performance Management: Coordinates performance appraisal process with department managers and ensures timely completion of probation and annual reviews.
- General HR Administration: Maintains employee personal files and HR database. Prepares HR reports and dashboards for management review and supports disciplinary procedures as per organizational policies.
Required skills and competencies for this role include:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
