User Experience Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to craft intuitive solutions for our platform, blending creativity with problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that directly impact how healthcare and service organizations interact with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead user-centered design processes to ensure user needs are at the core of every design decision.
  • Create interactive prototypes and UI designs that effectively communicate your design vision and allow for user testing and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring product features from concept to launch.
  • Participate in user research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency in visual design, user interaction patterns, and accessibility across the product.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or equivalent, with a portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including research, usability testing, and design iteration.
