Job Responsibilities:
  1. Implement Oracle Communications OSS solutions including OSM, RODOD, RSDOD, and NRM.
  2. Translate high-level design requirements into detailed technical solutions.
  3. Prepare technical design documents such as HLDs, LLDs, and other project-specific documentation.
  4. Perform code build and deployment for development and testing environments.
  5. Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OSM and related components.
  6. Support solution integration, testing, and optimization activities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end OSS implementations.
  8. Work independently or as part of a team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance for ongoing implementations.
  10. Be willing to travel for client deployments or project needs when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Experience: 3–9 years of experience with Oracle OSM (version 7.3.x and above), preferably in the telecommunications domain.
  2. Education: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
  3. Technical Expertise:
  4. Strong understanding of OSS domain concepts and communications industry workflows.
  5. Proficiency with Java, XML, XQuery, WebServices, WebLogic, and RDBMS technologies.
  6. Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and scripting.
  7. Hands-on experience with OSM installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  8. Awareness of TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model, and Oracle RODOD/RSDOD solutions.
  9. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in collaborative environments.
  10. Flexibility: Open to travel as per project requirements.
