Job Title: Compliance Management SpecialistAbout the Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring that all compliance requirements are met and maintained across various business functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, audit reports, and other relevant documents to identify potential compliance risks.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and improve overall business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory landscapes and provide recommendations for updates to existing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely MCA filings (forms, returns, statutory compliance).
  • Handle compliance for director entry/exit, change in name/object, capital structuring.
  • Maintain statutory records of directors, members & shareholders.
  • Assist in IBC cases before NCLT/NCLAT.
  • Draft replies, issue legal notices & assist in litigation (recovery, cheque bounce, IP disputes).

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
