Job Title: Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to fill this compliance role in our fast-growing financial organization.

The job involves ensuring adherence to financial regulations, conducting risk assessments, and supporting audits.

  • Monitor, interpret, and implement regulatory guidelines relevant to the business.
  • Ensure timely filings and reporting to regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular internal reviews and compliance risk assessments.
  • Identify process gaps and propose corrective actions.
  • Track remediation of compliance issues and ensure timely closure.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for internal compliance controls.
  • Educate internal teams on compliance obligations through training and awareness programs.
  • Support internal, statutory, and regulatory audits.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance queries across departments.

Key Requirements:

  • CA (Inter), CS, MBA (Finance)
  • 2–4 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management, preferably in financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools and MS Excel-based reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
