The role of the Compliance Specialist is to ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of local financials under Indian GAAP and RBI directives
  • Preparation of regulatory reports for RBI
  • BASEL-3 compliance, including capital adequacy computation and Pillar 3 reporting
  • Responsibility for all reporting to RBI pertaining to Finance and reporting to the Board/Audit Committees in compliance with the Companies Act

Familiarity with prevailing accounting and RBI framework is essential. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and reporting processes.
