Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ethical Compliance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of service quality and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Review audit reports for quality and thoroughness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training documents for global teams, enhancing their knowledge and skills in ethical compliance.
- Evaluate auditor performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive excellence.
- Communicate report issues and recommendations to the certification team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
- Manage technical expertise and client programs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and participate in KPI meetings with customers, demonstrating professionalism and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Technical expertise in Quality Compliance or related fields, with a strong understanding of labor, health, and safety regulations.
- Excellent command of English (spoken, written, reading), with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience in social audits, on-site auditing, and managing audit activity, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools, with ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
- University degree in Labor, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in the ethical compliance industry.
