Ethics Assurance Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service quality in our Ethical Audit programs. Based in our local office, you will support the CSR Audit Manager and the rest of the team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review audit reports to guarantee quality and thoroughness.
  • Prepare training documents for global teams to enhance their skills.
  • Evaluate auditors' performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate report issues and recommendations to the certification team effectively.
  • Follow up on necessary corrective actions to ensure compliance.
  • Manage technical expertise to maintain high-quality audits.
  • Manage client programs to meet their expectations.
  • Participate in KPI meetings with customers to discuss progress and goals.
Requirements
  • Technical expertise in Quality Compliance or related fields is essential.
  • A strong command of English (spoken, written, reading) is required.
  • Experience in social audits, on-site auditing, and MS Office Suite is necessary.
  • A university degree, ideally related to Labor, Health & Safety, or Environmental Management, is preferred.

This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the ethical compliance industry, as an auditor and/or managing audit activity.
