Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Technology Innovation to lead our technical strategy and execution at TIGI HR. This is a senior leadership role that requires extensive expertise in .NET technologies and strong experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes, customer experiences, and product offerings.
  • Oversight of software solution development, deployment, and maintenance, focusing on .NET technologies.
  • BUILD, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Design scalable and robust architectures to support business growth and ensure system reliability.
  • Work closely with executive leadership, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scopes and priorities.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Oversee the technology budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in technology development and deployment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in .NET technologies (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#).
  • Strong experience in developing and deploying AI solutions (e.g., machine learning models, natural language processing, predictive analytics).
  • Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, managing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects from concept to deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

TIGI HR offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
