As a crucial link between finance teams, insurance companies, and patients, your primary responsibility will be managing outstanding claims. This involves following up with insurance providers to ensure accurate payments for healthcare services.

Responsibility Areas
  • Manage day-to-day activities of denials processing and claims follow-up
  • Handle US Healthcare providers/Physicians/Accounts Receivable
  • Work closely with the team leader to achieve client deliverables
  • Ensure quality standards are met in all deliverables
  • Identify issues and escalate them to the immediate supervisor
Desired Profile
  • Sound knowledge of Healthcare concepts, particularly Physician Billing
  • Minimum 2 years of AR calling experience in US Healthcare
  • Excellent knowledge of RCM, Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice, HMO, PPO, POS, EPO, MCO plans, Modifiers, CPT codes, Office code visits, Drug codes, Appeals, Denial management, CMS-1500 form, clearing house
  • Ability to understand client requirements and specifications
  • Proficient in calling insurance companies
  • Meet targeted collections on a daily/monthly basis
  • Meet productivity targets within stipulated time
  • Accurate and timely follow-up on pending claims
  • Prepare and maintain status reports
