Job Title: Executive Accounts Receivable Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities of Denials Processing / Claims follow-up.
  • Manage US Healthcare provider relationships and ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders to achieve quality standards.
  • Review deliverables to clients for accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve denials, rejections, LOAs, and other claims-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance carriers and document interactions in claims billing summary notes.
  • Monitor email updates regularly.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to immediate supervisors promptly.
  • Maintain accurate production logs.
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare concepts, particularly physician billing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable calling within the US Healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in RCM, Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice, HMO, PPO, POS, EPO, MCO plans, modifiers, CPT codes, office visits, drug codes, appeals, denial management, CMS-1500 forms, clearinghouses, and related topics.
  • Understand client requirements and project specifications.
  • Skilled in communication with insurance companies.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
  • Meet productivity expectations within stipulated timeframes.
  • Follow up accurately and timely on pending claims.
  • Maintain status reports professionally.
