You will play a key role in delivering risk management initiatives that support the operational risk framework and conduct risk obligations. This is an opportunity to improve your understanding and effective management of risk across the bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support the interrogation and analysis of relevant management information
  • Support effective risk management on the part of stakeholders
  • Control resources that contribute to the development of guidance notes and training material
  • Upskill the broader first line of defense function and businesses
  • Support management in facilitating regular stakeholder meetings and key forums through preparing and issuing supporting paperwork
  • Build and maintain trusted working partnerships across the bank and franchises to inform and gather intelligence on emerging and future risks and controls
Requirements
  • Demonstrate knowledge of how a large financial services organization operates
  • Bring experience of working in a first or second line of defense risk role
  • Have a clear track record of achievement and delivery
  • Know risk assessment and scenario analysis methodologies
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be able to influence at all levels
