Job Description

As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office space. This includes arranging for regular preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as overseeing cleaning services and equipment upkeep to create a comfortable and efficient work environment.

You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our security personnel, receptionists, and other teams to ensure that all tasks are carried out to a high standard. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to communicate effectively with staff and clients alike.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be tasked with identifying potential emergencies and taking proactive steps to manage them. You will be required to escalate incidents and report on any issues that arise, as well as continually look for opportunities to improve operational standards and reduce costs.

This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, as you will be responsible for overseeing visitor access, maintaining logs and filing work, and performing regular checks on our CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
